Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we will assist in locating your shipment, TrackUp.live is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Photos of the damaged package and product
- A description of the issue
We will review the claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
